What happens when a fully remote team comes together in person?
In this recap of our company offsite, team members from around the world gathered to connect, collaborate, and align around our mission.
While remote work enables us to move fast, nothing replaces the value of building relationships face-to-face, sharing ideas, and strengthening the bonds that make great teams successful.
This year’s theme was “rowing together” – a reminder that achieving ambitious goals requires alignment, trust, and synchronized execution across every team. Through conversations, workshops, and shared experiences, we focused on how we can work together more effectively to drive impact.
A major topic throughout the event was the rapid evolution of AI. As the technology continues to transform the way we work, we discussed how we’re moving from experimentation to execution, leveraging AI to enhance everything from customer research to competitive analysis and product innovation.
Most importantly, the offsite reinforced our mission: helping credit unions compete and thrive in a rapidly changing financial landscape by becoming fintechs.
When asked to describe the company in a single word, employees chose words like exceptional, innovative, collaborative, community-driven, special, and exciting – a reflection of the culture we’re building together.
