Send Welcome email for Joint Applicant

What is this feature?
From now on, all the Joint Applicants on successfully created accounts will receive a Welcome email regarding their newly opened account.
How to use?
When applying for an account, add a Joint Applicant in the review screen. You will receive an email on the email address entered.
Important things to know
Primary and Joint applicants are the only ones receiving the email. Beneficiaries will not receive the Welcome email.

What is this feature?
Whenever an applicant is denied due a credit check, we must send that applicant an explanation of the denial reason. This notification is sent via email with the Credit Union and Credit Bureau's contact information in case the applicant wants to dispute the decision.
How to use?
Make an application using a specific identifier that will trigger a denied by Credit tag at Alloy. You can find this identifier with your CSM/IE.
Important things to know
Not all copy on the email can be edited as there are required regulatory information.

What is this feature?
You can now set customize the Welcome Email sent to all Main and Joint applicants, as the email sent to the guardian in case of a minor account application.
How to use?
To set up each email, share an email sample containing the copy you want for each scenario with your IE.
Important things to know
You can add only a certain type of modifications to the emails.
