This Team will collaborate closely with Clutch's 30+ Credit Union League partners, enabling them to deepen their impact on small credit unions. The expansion also strategically aligns with TruStage's regional teams, ensuring a cohesive partnership that addresses the unique needs of credit unions across the country.

Overseen by Laura Traikov, Enterprise Accounts Manager, the Team is composed of experienced professionals strategically positioned in each region to prioritize in-person engagement, attend key industry events, and build deeper, more meaningful connections with credit union leaders.

Meet the Team:


  • Ruben Tamminga, Senior Enterprise Account Executive: Ruben brings a decade of experience from his leadership role at Persado, leveraging technology to help financial institutions, as well as at Backbase. Ruben will be focused on helping small credit unions nationwide modernize digital banking through Clutch’s innovative loan and deposit growth solutions. 


  • Kristen Cooper, Enterprise Account Executive (Northeast Region): Kristen has spent the past 6 years helping financial institutions improve their lending technology, most recently at Blend. Kristen will be dedicated to supporting small credit unions in the North, providing tailored solutions to streamline operations and enhance the member experience.


  • Renee Nelson, Enterprise Account Executive (Midwest/South Region): A valued Clutch team member for two years, Renee previously managed the company’s event strategy. Her new role will focus on credit unions in the Midwest and South, helping them implement strategies for growth and efficiency. (Go Pack Go!)


  • Alec Green, Enterprise Account Executive (West Region): Alec has spent the past few years collaborating with FinTech and other financial services to streamline operations and reduce management costs. Alec will be partnering with credit unions in the West Region, leveraging Clutch’s technology to create meaningful impact for both credit unions, and the members who uphold the industry.
